This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
β’ Lead and mentor colleagues within the designated area
β’ Exhibit solution coaching expertise
β’ Oversee Diagnostics Sales Consultants and Diagnostic Technical Specialists to achieve management goals
β’ Recruit, onboard, coach, assess, differentiate, and retain talent
β’ Dedicate 75% of available time to field-coaching activities
β’ Achieve or surpass Diagnostics business sales targets and quotas
β’ Spearhead the launch of new products, services, and equipment
β’ Enhance growth rates, area-business health, leverage, and the utilization of analytical insights
β’ Formulate annual strategic business plans for individual territories as well as the overall area
β’ Manage and allocate marketing resources effectively
β’ Oversee operating expenses, performance management, evaluations, and other administrative/reporting tasks
β’ Attend and engage in product launches and regional/area sales meetings
β’ Participate in special projects and other responsibilities assigned by the Regional Business Director or headquarters management
β’ Travel within the assigned geography, which may include overnight stays
β’ Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required
β’ At least 3 years of experience in a people leadership or management role
β’ Strong communication, interpersonal, business management, and computer skills
β’ Capability to work in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment and influence both internal and external stakeholders
β’ Ability to thrive in dynamic, complex, and ever-evolving environments
β’ Proficient in utilizing analytics and insights for decision-making and tactical execution
β’ Competence in managing assigned expense budgets
β’ Experience in Animal Health and knowledge of small animal veterinary medicine
β’ Preferred experience in diagnostics
β’ Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a close-knit team setting
β’ Willingness to accept and incorporate feedback
β’ Strong verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal, and communication abilities
β’ Ability to exercise sound judgment and make fair, thoughtful decisions
β’ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and aptitude to learn Zoetis systems
β’ Willingness and ability to travel extensively (50β60%)
β’ All applicants must have or be able to obtain authorization to work in the US for Zoetis
