Area Account Manager – Orthopaedics Trauma

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility and accountability for the overall business performance within the designated territory.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet the territory budget.

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, healthcare professionals, stakeholders, and team members.

• Provide training and education to users regarding product-related topics.

• Participate in surgeries.

• Uphold a professional service standard for customers.

• Expand existing business while identifying new opportunities within the territory.

• Manage multiple simultaneous customer activities and respond promptly to requests.

• Contribute to shaping the DePuy Synthes Trauma business within the district with team collaboration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid driving license (mandatory).

• Post-secondary education (eftergymnasial utbildning) is required.

• Previous experience in medical sales, orthopaedics, operating room, hospital/medical background, or the medical device sector is preferred.

• Ideally, reside in Skåne, Halland, Småland, or Blekinge.

• Knowledge of orthopaedics is beneficial but not essential.

• Proficient in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

• Strong social skills and effective communication abilities.

• Self-motivated and team-oriented.

• Possess a positive, curious, and courageous personality.

• Highly driven, goal-oriented, and organized.

• Capable of prioritizing tasks and executing effectively.

• Passionate about patient care and fulfilling customer needs.

• Ability to respond quickly and manage multiple customer activities concurrently.
