This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct site visits as required for the architecture and engineering teams.

• Execute around 4 standard site surveys or 8 BAP site surveys each week.

• Travel to local businesses across the Mid-Atlantic Region and nationwide to carry out site surveys.

• Utilize company equipment to scan and deliver precise measurements of lease spaces, which include room dimensions, windows, doors, ceilings, structural details, ductwork, exterior elevations, rooftops, sprinkler lines, furniture, and IT equipment.

• Access rooftops using an extension ladder or scissor lift when necessary.

• Document ADA compliance issues for architectural and engineering purposes.

• Capture photographic documentation of site interiors and exteriors, encompassing electrical, mechanical, HVAC, safety, alarm, and fire equipment.

• Timely submit monthly expense reports and monitor site-related expenses.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

• Prepare reports remotely from the surveyor’s local address or at customer/client sites.

• Familiarity and experience with architectural/construction principles.

• Strong spatial awareness and sketching ability.

• Technical skills, including mobile mapping and proficiency with iPads.

• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other related software.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Robust work ethic.

• Valid Driver's License.

• Self-sufficient worker committed to high standards of excellence.

• CAD drafting capability is preferred.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related scientific discipline is mandatory.

• Successful completion of a thorough background check, which includes criminal history, education verification, employment verification, and drug testing; credit and motor vehicle record checks may also be required.
