This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Create comprehensive architectural interior and fit-out documentation from initial concept to construction.
• Develop floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, internal elevations, sections, details, and schedules.
• Generate drawings for joinery, cabinetry, kitchens, bathrooms, and built-in furniture.
• Prepare documentation for finishes, materials, fixtures, fittings, and furniture.
• Convert design concepts and annotations into precise, construction-ready drawings.
• Coordinate interior documentation with architectural, structural, electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and other consultant drawings.
• Review drawings for precision, dimensions, constructability, and consistency.
• Integrate design modifications, consultant feedback, and client insights.
• Assist in selecting materials and finishes while maintaining accurate schedules.
• Ensure documentation complies with Australian building standards, NCC/BCA requirements, and project specifications.
• Maintain drawing standards, manage revisions, title blocks, and document control.
• Communicate effectively with architects, designers, consultants, builders, and project stakeholders.
• Manage multiple documentation tasks and adhere to project timelines.
• Conduct quality checks to verify that drawings are precise and ready for construction.
• Support the execution of Australian interior and fit-out projects.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in architectural interiors, interior documentation, or interior fit-out projects.
• Experience with Australian projects is essential.
• Strong skills in technical documentation and construction drawing.
• Experience in producing detailed interior plans, elevations, sections, joinery, and schedules.
• In-depth understanding of interior construction, materials, finishes, and detailing.
• Familiarity with Australian construction practices and NCC/BCA requirements.
• Ability to interpret architectural and interior design concepts and create detailed documentation.
• Capability to work independently while collaborating with a broader project team.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Proficient in Revit.
• Proficient in BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Proficient in SketchUp.
• Proficient in Enscape.
• Proficient in Bluebeam.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign.
• Must possess self-provided equipment that meets specified computer, operating system, monitor, headset, webcam, power backup, and internet requirements.
• Requires BIR self-registration and necessary government contributions as an independent contractor.
• NBI or Police Clearance is required.
• Must have a government-issued ID.
• Capability to work from 7AM to 4PM MNL time, Monday to Friday.
• Submission of an English proficiency test is required.
• Must comply with Wingman IT and cybersecurity requirements.
