Architect, Test Lead, Advanced Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the creation and development of software architecture, emphasizing quality, performance, and maintainability.

• Establish and execute the comprehensive testing strategy, encompassing unit, integration, E2E, performance, and security testing.

• Advocate for methodologies such as TDD, BDD, and the Test Pyramid throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Design and sustain test automation frameworks.

• Ensure continuous integration of tests within CI/CD pipelines.

• Supervise regression, load, stress, and performance testing prior to production releases.

• Tackle intricate technical challenges and eliminate obstacles for the team.

• Direct integrations between internal systems and third-party services.

• Manage vendor deliverables and assist with deployments in enterprise settings.

• Guarantee monitoring, observability, and traceability of systems in both production and staging environments.

• Act as a technical mentor, fostering best practices and team growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Spanish for effective communication with regional teams.

• Extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance.

• Strong background in software development.

• Proven experience in leading technical teams.

• Significant expertise with C#/.NET.

• Understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis).

• Familiarity with microservices architectures, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven architecture.

• Experience with unit testing and test automation tools.

• Knowledge of functional, integration, regression, and E2E testing.

• Proficient in performance testing tools such as JMeter, k6, or Artillery.

• Understanding of static code analysis and quality metrics using SonarQube.

• Experience in constructing CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
