This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Address player account inquiries, technical difficulties, and in-game questions in both Arabic and English.

• Deliver prompt and precise answers to ensure a high level of player satisfaction.

• Offer support to Arabic-speaking gamers worldwide through email and chat.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Arabic and English.

• Must be a resident of Bulgaria or possess legal authorization to work in Bulgaria.

• An active gaming mindset.
