This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist apprentices throughout their educational journey
• Oversee a caseload of up to 30 apprentices
• Conduct engaging one-on-one coaching sessions both virtually and in person
• Develop individualized learning plans
• Evaluate workplace learning experiences
• Offer consistent feedback and support
• Collaborate closely with store Partners, managers, and colleagues within the apprenticeship team
• Ensure apprentices receive mentorship, cultivate occupational skills, and are well-prepared for the subsequent phase of their program
• Provide support for maths and English development as needed
• Foster strong relationships with store teams throughout Worcestershire
• Background in optics
• Experience in delivering coaching, training, or developmental sessions
• Confidence in facilitating learning both virtually and in-person
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Capacity to influence, support, and motivate individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Highly organized and proactive
• Comfortable managing your own schedule, prioritizing tasks, and working toward established deadlines and targets
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
• Valid driving license
• Capability to drive and travel within the region
• Ability to assist with maths and English development as necessary
