This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers and manage inbound calls as necessary.
• Transform new and existing leads into qualified appointments for Design Consultants.
• Pose discovery questions to grasp homeowners’ projects, needs, motivations, and timelines.
• Establish value in consultations and confidently request appointments.
• Address inquiries, hesitations, and objections while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email.
• Re-engage former opportunities and convert renewed interest into appointments.
• Keep accurate customer information and detailed notes in the CRM.
• Strive to meet appointment-setting goals and performance KPIs.
• Utilize coaching, feedback, and performance metrics to enhance results.
• Record and dispatch personalized video messages to homeowners post-booking.
• Collaborate remotely with the scheduling and sales teams to ensure successful in-home consultations.
• Prior experience in inside sales, appointment setting, lead conversion, outbound sales, or a similar performance-driven environment is highly preferred.
• Confident and professional phone demeanor with the ability to quickly establish rapport.
• Strong discovery abilities and the capacity to ask insightful questions.
• Confidence in managing objections and steering conversations toward a clear next step.
• Competitive, goal-oriented attitude and eagerness to achieve measurable results.
• Resilience and the ability to maintain confidence in the face of rejection.
• Strong sense of accountability, reliability, and follow-through.
• Coachable attitude and ability to swiftly turn feedback into actionable improvements.

• Comfortable making over 100 calls per day while ensuring call quality and professionalism.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Must reside in California, Arkansas, Oklahoma, or Washington.
