Appointment Setter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Generate high-quality leads through proactive outreach and engagement.

• Assess potential clients and schedule effective product demonstrations.

• Address objections and guide prospects through the sales funnel.

• Maintain precise records and oversee the sales pipeline using HubSpot.

• Collaborate with the founder to enhance messaging and improve conversion rates.

• Meet appointment-booking key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Engage in coaching, training, and feedback sessions.

• Contribute to the development of sales processes as the team grows.

• Evaluate success based on booked qualified demos, appointment attendance rates, qualified pipeline metrics, CRM accuracy and activity, and contributions to sales objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in Appointment Setting, Sales Development Representative (SDR), or Business Development roles.

• Demonstrated success in outbound sales.

• Exceptional skills in handling objections.

• Proficient in verbal and written English communication.

• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

• Highly organized with outstanding time management skills.

• Confident and personable when engaging over the phone.

• Commercially driven and results-oriented.

• Detail-oriented and proactive in approach.

• Open to coaching and receptive to feedback.

• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting.

• Available to start immediately.

• Experience with TikTok, social media platforms, or digital marketing is a plus.

• Background in selling SaaS or technology solutions is advantageous.

• Experience selling to marketing agencies, brands, or marketing decision-makers is preferred.

• Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation is desirable.
