📋 Description

• Reach out to golf course superintendents using provided lists and established talking points along with call scripts.

• Generate interest in a 20-minute discovery call without delving into the complete solution.

• Manage objections and gatekeepers with a respectful and relationship-oriented approach.

• Schedule confirmed discovery calls directly on the calendar of the VP of Strategic Partnerships & Growth.

• Oversee appointment follow-up, confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, and recovery from no-shows.

• Accurately log every call, outcome, and note in Salesforce.

• Consistently meet daily and weekly targets for call volume and conversations.

• Take part in ongoing coaching sessions to enhance scripting, objection management, and call performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in cold calling and setting appointments.

• Comfort in managing high call volumes and professionally dealing with rejection.

• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport.

• Experience in handling objections and engaging with relationship-focused audiences.

• Ability to follow structured scripts, talking points, and playbooks.

• Familiarity with using a CRM, such as Salesforce, for documenting call activities and follow-ups.

• Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and calendar management capabilities.

• A coachable attitude with the ability to implement feedback in real time.

• Reliable availability during U.S. business hours, preferably in alignment with Central Time.

• Proficient spoken English.

• Preferred: experience in golf, turf, agronomy, or another relationship-driven B2B sector.

• Preferred: knowledge of consultative or status-based sales frameworks.
