• Tasked with scheduling appointments for a Solar Panel Provider/Company

• Interact with prospective customers via phone calls

• Arrange appointments for sales representatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience in any Call Center roles, specifically in Voice campaigns.

• Experience in lead generation or sales is highly advantageous!

• Must possess fluent English speaking skills and be confident in communicating with customers over the phone.

• Willingness to work within EST/PST/MST time zones is essential.

• Technical Specifications: A minimum of i3 processor and 8GB RAM is required.

• Must have a dependable fiber internet connection (at least 20mbps).

• A headset featuring noise cancellation is necessary.
