This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Take ownership of named customer projects, guiding them from discovery through design, build, deployment, and verification.

• Create idempotent, resumable, and auditable migration and integration pipelines utilizing Temporal.

• Accurately model and load customer accounting data into Postgres, ensuring reconciliation with existing systems.

• Develop internal tools to transform recurring one-off tasks into scalable, repeatable solutions.

• Provide feedback on implementation patterns to enhance the core product and either productize or transfer permanent capabilities.

• Streamline the process from customer requests to delivered products.

• Strong work ethic and a high degree of independence.

• Over 5 years of experience delivering end-to-end production full stack software projects without supervision.

• Proficiency in Django and Django REST Framework, along with advanced knowledge of Postgres beyond the default ORM.

• Capability to analyze query plans and perform migrations on live customer data.

• Experience with Next.js and React using TypeScript.

• Familiarity with durable workflow systems; Temporal is preferred, while Celery is acceptable.

• Direct engagement with customers, including defining problems and delivering solutions.

• Experience working with third-party APIs, webhooks, rate limits, and reconciling discrepancies between systems.
