Applied Business & Commerce Benchmark Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create original and challenging multiple-choice questions that assess deep conceptual understanding.

• Ensure that questions are clear, self-contained, and precisely articulated.

• Assess and classify each question's difficulty level as Medium, Hard, or Expert.

• Provide one correct answer along with nine plausible yet subtly incorrect alternatives.

• Develop step-by-step solutions using markdown format.

• Include 1–5 academic references for each question.

• Evaluate pre-existing questions for accuracy, clarity, and rigor.

• Identify and flag issues related to clarity, completeness, precision, or solvability.

• Make necessary edits to questions and document any changes implemented.

• Participate in projects focused on training and improving AI systems with human business insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• A PhD, DBA, or being a doctoral candidate in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a closely related discipline.

• An MBA or Master’s degree will be considered for candidates with exceptional expertise in a specific subdomain.

• Strong knowledge of graduate-level business strategy, organizational theory, and quantitative methods.

• Experience in industry leadership or research publications in business fields is highly advantageous.

• Excellent command of written English with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

• Expected commitment of 10 or more hours per week.

• Status as an independent contractor.

• Currently unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates.

• Capability to create and validate rigorous multiple-choice questions across various business domains.

• Ability to provide academic references from credible sources.
