This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop and enhance features powered by AI.

• Craft and optimize prompts to enhance response quality and the performance of features.

• Create Python-based services and APIs that support AI workflows.

• Work with structured data in PostgreSQL as well as vector-based data systems.

• Contribute to the implementation of features in systems based on FastAPI.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity and speed up experimentation.

• Engage in technical discussions regarding the design and implementation of features.

• Successfully deliver AI-driven product features within the initial 60–90 days.

• Enhance the performance, consistency, and reliability of AI capabilities through ongoing iteration.

• Take part in sprint-based engineering delivery.

• Maintain a balance between speed, quality, reliability, and maintainability using sound technical judgment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering.

• Strong proficiency in Python development.

• Demonstrated expertise with AI-driven coding tools, with a preference for Anthropic's Claude Code.

• Experience in building backend services or APIs.

• Familiarity with LLM APIs, generative AI services, or AI-enhanced application capabilities.

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities.

• Capability to collaborate efficiently within a cross-functional team.
