📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales Managers to advance new business opportunities into successful projects.

• Assess and interpret customers’ scientific needs.

• Develop technical solutions and create presentations and demonstrations.

• Coordinate with internal teams and existing customers to ensure that system purchases align with customer requirements.

• Deliver comprehensive handover to the deployment team.

• Occasionally provide assistance with technical implementation, acceptance testing, or customer support.

• Evaluate requests for proposals and determine the most effective technical solutions, including workflow modeling and throughput analysis.

• Specify instruments and assess system layouts.

• Create technical documentation for proposals and specifications.

• Collaborate with Project Managers and Deployment Specialists to guarantee precise system deployment.

• Aid in the development of client protocols for robotic systems.

• Engage in conferences and exhibitions alongside the sales team.

• Assist with marketing initiatives.

• Keep up-to-date with industry application trends, methodologies, devices/instruments, and software tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a BS degree in a Scientific or Engineering discipline.

• At least five years of industry experience, preferably in the Biotechnology sector.

• Desired experience in automated laboratory systems and devices within high throughput screening, compound management, drug discovery, genomics, or research automation environments.

• Outstanding communication, presentation, customer service, and negotiation skills.

• A valid passport and driver’s license are required.

• Familiarity with scheduling software for automated laboratory systems is an advantage.

• Experience with custom scripting for lab automation instrumentation or involvement in larger custom software or LIMS integration projects in a laboratory context is a plus.
