Application Support Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Participate in a comprehensive 3-week training program to focus on a particular Enova consumer lending brand.

• Handle a significant volume of incoming customer calls.

• Assist potential customers through the loan application journey.

• Follow up with customers to motivate the completion of their loan applications.

• Clearly articulate Enova's products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and boost sales conversions.

• Keep precise and current customer account records.

• Provide clear, professional, and effective verbal and written customer support.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States; Enova does not offer visa sponsorship or assume sponsorship responsibilities.

• Previous call center experience is beneficial, though candidates should possess a strong background in fast-paced customer service settings.

• Outstanding communication and active listening abilities, demonstrating professionalism and empathy in customer interactions.

• Demonstrated ability to succeed in a high-volume environment through flexibility and multitasking skills.

• Comfortable with the use of new technology.

• Proven track record of thriving in a remote work setting.
