This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the main liaison between Platform Support and Central Wealth Solutions/Advanced Planning for designated applications.
• Establish and nurture relationships with stakeholders from Central Wealth Solutions and Advanced Planning.
• Organize regular check-ins and feedback sessions to ensure alignment and promote continuous improvement.
• Manage the daily administration of assigned applications.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot issues, oversee updates, and maintain system reliability.
• Track application performance and usage to identify areas for optimization.
• Enhance workflows and increase system utilization in collaboration with business teams.
• Create and update documentation, training resources, and best practice guidelines.
• Provide support for onboarding and training initiatives for new users and teams.
• Ensure applications adhere to company policies, regulatory standards, and data governance protocols.
• Assist with audits, data integrity assessments, and compliance reporting.
• Engage in or lead projects related to application enhancements, integrations, or transitions.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, and communication efforts for operational changes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Over 7 years of demonstrated experience in application support, relationship management, or operations.
• Prior experience in a financial services or technology environment is highly preferred.
• Strong familiarity with eMoney, Money GuidePro, Holistiplan, Nitrogen/Riskalyze and their functions within operational workflows is highly desired.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Capability to work cross-functionally while managing multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Support Org functionalities is beneficial.
• Experience with Workday is a plus.
• Solid experience utilizing AI tools and platforms to enhance business outcomes and optimize workflows.
• Ability to design and implement AI-augmented processes, assess and recommend AI solutions, grasp AI ethics and bias considerations, train team members on AI tool adoption, and remain informed about emerging AI technologies.
• Experience with prompt engineering and AI model evaluation.
• Awareness of AI limitations and associated risks.
• Capacity to stand or sit for extended periods, file documents in high or low cabinets, operate the telephone, and utilize computer systems.
• Must fulfill applicable work authorization requirements; the organization participates in E-Verify.
