Application Specialist, Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Familiarize yourself with Bron Tapes' product range and tape applications.

• Conduct outbound sales calls to introduce and expand the business.

• Engage in face-to-face sales meetings, including cold calling and prospecting.

• Oversee a portfolio of clients.

• Provide customers with product recommendations and application expertise.

• Contribute to the achievement of sales goals for both the territory and the company.

• Record sales activities and pipeline information in the company's CRM system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Must possess a valid driver's license, vehicle, and insurance.

• Preferably 3+ years of experience in tape/adhesive products.

• At least 1 year of face-to-face outside sales experience is required.

• 2-3 years of B2B experience is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.

• Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems is desirable.

• Familiarity with NetSuite or other large ERP systems is advantageous.

• Experience in industrial distribution sales is a plus.

• Cold calling experience is highly valued.

• Must demonstrate professionalism, high energy, and excellent communication abilities (both verbal and written).

• Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk and work on a computer is required.

• Must be capable of lifting up to 35 pounds occasionally.
