Application Specialist – Laboratory Diagnostics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist customers in addressing technical challenges related to laboratory instruments and reagents.

• Offer product and application knowledge to both customers and the sales team.

• Establish and nurture relationships with laboratory professionals and key clients.

• Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives and Account Managers throughout the customer journey.

• Provide product training and facilitate the implementation of new solutions.

• Keep informed about product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.

• Offer post-sale support to customers during the implementation of solutions and throughout the sales process.

• Increase knowledge and awareness to assist in decision-making and procedural changes within hospitals, private laboratories, and research institutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Laboratory Diagnostics, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.

• Over 2 years of experience in a laboratory, diagnostics, medical device, or similar environment.

• Solid understanding of laboratory workflows and diagnostic procedures.

• Strong skills in problem-solving and troubleshooting.

• Customer-oriented with exceptional communication abilities.

• Capable of managing multiple priorities and working efficiently in a collaborative team setting.

• Proficient in English at a communicative level (B1-B2).

• Willingness to conduct regular customer visits across the territory.
