This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Identify and leverage expanding business opportunities through collaborative cross-selling initiatives with Central Sales.
• Plan, implement, and oversee technical demonstrations and trials to assess customer compatibility and expedite adoption.
• Propel deal advancement by promoting and framing the established product and service portfolio.
• Illustrate technical alignment with customer needs, quantify the customer impact, and address any technical objections.
• Collaborate with Central Sales to craft customer proposals and commercial offers by providing essential technical insights.
• Deliver technical support before and after sales to ensure adoption and foster repeat revenue.
• Guarantee a seamless transition to Central Sales upon securing adoption, coordinating with technical support teams.
• Gather and disseminate Voice-of-Customer feedback to influence the assigned product portfolio and enhance sales enablement.
• Systematically share customer insights with Central Sales for integration into account planning.
• Offer product expertise, application knowledge, and technical support throughout the entire customer journey.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in technical sales, applications support, or a customer-facing role within a scientific or technical environment.
• Strong hands-on technical skills, including conducting demos, trials, and customer evaluations.
• Exceptional consultative communication abilities, capable of articulating technical and commercial value to a variety of stakeholders.
• Proficient in CRM systems and organized sales processes, with a strong emphasis on documentation discipline.
• Willingness to travel more than 50% of the time.
