Application Specialist / Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Provide support and guidance to customers and distribution partners in France regarding the technical and application aspects of ibidi solutions.

• Discover new business opportunities and expand the customer and partner portfolio.

• Contribute to the growth of ibidi in the French market.

• Establish and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with customers and partners.

• Prepare and manage quotations for ibidi instruments.

• Assist customers throughout the sales process.

• Conduct demonstrations, presentations, workshops, and seminars for instruments, both online and in-person.

• Represent ibidi at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

• Travel regularly within France and occasionally internationally, approximately 40–50% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, or a related life sciences discipline.

• Experience in cell culture and/or microscopy is advantageous.

• Prior experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or business development is highly beneficial.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to articulate scientific and technical subjects clearly and confidently.

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to swiftly grasp and communicate complex topics in microscopy and cell biology.

• A structured, quality-focused, and proactive work approach.

• Ability to work effectively from a home office in France.

• Excellent professional proficiency in French.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
