Application Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assist with both pre-sales and post-sales endeavors

• Facilitate customer demonstrations and assess materials

• Execute on-site installations

• Maintain and repair intricate equipment and systems across all products and markets

• Verify and endorse the operational quality of system equipment

• Guide customers on system operation and maintenance

• Deliver training to customers

• Engage in Call Center Phone Support and CRM system when not on the road

• Undertake additional internal responsibilities

• Potentially act as the primary technical support contact for designated customer accounts

• Tackle issues of moderate complexity requiring the analysis of identifiable factors

• Utilize judgment within established procedures and practices to ascertain suitable actions

⛳️ Requirements

• A technical degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification is mandatory

• 1-3 years of relevant experience

• Familiarity with the printed circuit board and semiconductor packaging sectors

• Willingness to travel 50-75%, both domestically and internationally

• Highly driven and capable of self-management

• An analytical mindset with excellent troubleshooting abilities

• Strong communication skills for customer interaction

• Capacity to satisfactorily perform all essential duties

• Ability to execute essential functions with reasonable accommodation when necessary
