This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya.

📋 Description

• Act as the main technical liaison for merchants and their technical teams during integration shifts at night.

• Comprehend merchant needs and articulate how Peach's products can address both business and technical challenges.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Account Management to assist merchants in understanding technical possibilities.

• Support merchants through the integration process and resolve issues via email, phone, and video communications.

• Enhance internal and external documentation and processes across the product range.

• Work alongside the Team Lead to improve tools and practices that boost self-service efficiency, recommendation accuracy, and service quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Willingness to work on a shift basis during hours outside of standard business times.

• Strong grasp of technical systems with the capability to convey technical insights into straightforward merchant guidance.

• Experience with switches and payment infrastructures such as MSDK, Base24, ACI, Bankserv/Payinc, or relevant technical banking experience in payments and card issuance.

• Self-motivated and organized, with the initiative to identify and pursue improvement opportunities.

• Excellent relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Proficient business writing and spoken English skills.

• Valid work authorization in your country of residence.

• Familiarity with programming languages like Python or JavaScript is a plus.

• Previous experience in the payments industry is beneficial.

• Knowledge of API-based integrations and RESTful services is advantageous.
