This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, test, debug, implement, and document software applications.
• Adjust company products and both customer and internal systems to fulfill client and end-user requirements.
• Collect system details, evaluate program and time necessities, and prepare documentation for program modifications.
• Investigate and assess existing systems and program needs.
• Create software solutions for projects and improvements to current applications.
• Draft specifications for programs of low to moderate complexity.
• Provide assistance with resolving production support issues.
• Formulate alternative methods for problem resolution.
• Develop testing plans for newly created or modified software applications.
• Identify issues as needed.
• Generate program code and create technical documentation.
• Carry out quality assurance tasks, which include conducting peer reviews.
• Explore industry technical trends and new advancements to keep skills and industry standards up to date.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Programming or Software Testing.
• Proficient understanding of SQL, C Programming Language, Linux, and IWS (Integrated Web Services).
• Experience in developing and supporting applications using relevant programming languages, operating systems, and software tools.
• Proficient in working with relational databases and SQL for application development, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Basic to intermediate programming abilities.
• Capability to analyze, develop, and sustain software solutions.
• Availability to work a standard 40-hour business week, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
• Video cameras are required during all interviews and the first week of orientation.
