This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Assist in the maintenance and support of multiple Oracle RAC clusters, RDBMS, EBS, and FMW environment instances for the GCSS-MC ERP.

• Support the Solutions Development Environment (SDE).

• Ensure that the environment is well-documented, regularly patched, secured, and consistently available.

• Provide database administration within a large, dynamic, and highly available Oracle EBS/ERP setting.

• Enhance the Marine Corps' combat effectiveness by supporting business information systems that facilitate asset visibility, supply management, maintenance, readiness, task organization, repairs, request tracking, and financial information.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of IT experience with extensive Oracle EBS ERP sustainment experience (T3).

• Proficient in administering Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle EBS R12.2, and Oracle OEM13c.

• Skilled in installing and supporting Oracle RAC, as well as 11G, 12c, and 19c databases.

• Familiar with Oracle EBS upgrade projects, including major-version upgrades of Oracle databases.

• Knowledgeable about DoD database security standards and regulations, including Oracle CPU patching, access management, direct grants, and database links.

• Experience in security monitoring, management, and testing, covering IAVAs, patches, and STIGs.

• Proficient in performance tuning of Oracle applications and databases.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or another related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control.

• Familiarity with using AMP for patch deployment.

• Experience in application and database instance cloning.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Preferred: Security+ and relevant Oracle certification.

• Preferred: Experience in designing and implementing single sign-on architecture for SOA and OBIEE using OAM/OID and load balancing.

• Preferred: Ability to successfully complete a T5 Clearance Background Investigation.
