Application Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +17 more states.

📋 Description

• Facilitate planning and design workshops.

• Inform customers about PCRS.

• Partner with clients on essential decisions and promote best practices.

• Offer consultative business solutions and support for product adoption.

• Address business challenges and identify gaps.

• Conduct both in-person and virtual consultative sessions with clients.

• Evaluate business operations and methodologies to establish best practices.

• Suggest solutions to alleviate customer pain points, gaps, requirements, and objectives.

• Carry out user acceptance testing with clients.

• Execute post-implementation operational evaluations to enhance product adoption and optimize business operations.

• Exhibit subject matter expertise in the PCRS administration platform for comprehensive customer business operations.

• Create project analysis documentation, which includes business requirements, scope matrices, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, and UAT plans.

• Regularly meet with the project team to assess deliverables and timelines.

• Develop and implement test plans.

• Assist with system conversions, upgrades, and enhancements.

• Maintain a utilization rate of 80% or higher within Professional Services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 2-4 years of proven experience as an Application Consultant at a SaaS company within Professional Services.

• Experience in all aspects of enterprise-level SaaS implementations.

• Previous experience in the automotive industry, particularly with after-market warranty services.

• Strong understanding of the automobile finance and insurance sector is a significant advantage.

• Extensive knowledge of insurance administration systems and other business applications, as well as content management solutions.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings; up to 5-10%.
