Application Architect

📋 Description

• Design the application architecture for Service Order Management.

• Establish and uphold the application and service architecture for Service Order Management.

• Oversee solution design across various initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and TM Forum standards.

• Evaluate requirements for new capabilities.

• Develop both high-level and low-level design documentation.

• Implement security-by-design principles.

• Guarantee adherence to architectural governance.

• Collaborate with BSS, NSO, Inventory, SIM management, and external vendors.

• Maintain quality and performance throughout the SOM ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in OSS architecture, specifically in Service Order Management, service orchestration, Inventory, or SIM/eSIM lifecycle management.

• Familiarity with catalog-driven orchestration and the integration of SOM with BSS and OSS domains.

• Background in requirements analysis and both high-level and low-level solution design.

• Understanding of TM Forum standards and Open APIs.

• Knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, Kubernetes, CI/CD, cloud-native platforms, and automation practices.

• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.

• Capacity to operate efficiently in an international agile environment.

• Experience leading architectural efforts across complex transformation projects is a plus.

• Familiarity with SAFe or other agile methodologies is advantageous.

• Previous experience working with major telecommunications technology vendors is beneficial.
