Application Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Implement and provide support for Epic Willow Ambulatory.

• Configure, test, install, train users on, and troubleshoot application systems.

• Ensure technology solutions are aligned with business strategies.

• Build and sustain effective working relationships with customer management and IT personnel.

• Comprehend business challenges, IT strategies, issues, and priorities.

• Utilize technology to enhance business processes within the framework of strategic system goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field, or a comparable combination of formal education and experience.

• Excellent written communication skills, including proficiency in technical writing.

• Strong verbal communication abilities.

• Robust analytical and conceptual skills.

• Capability to diagnose and resolve problems that often span multiple environments within a business area.

• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player; adaptable, friendly, amiable, and enthusiastic.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
