Appliance Repair Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional in-home service experiences for clients.

• Diagnose and repair major household appliances such as refrigerators, washers and dryers, gas and electric ranges, dishwashers, and microwave ovens.

• Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration sealed systems.

• Inform customers about repairs, maintenance, and suggestions.

• Use mobile technology to handle work orders in a paperless setting.

• Keep up to date with emerging appliance and smart-home technologies.

• Participate in ongoing technical and manufacturer training.

• Safely operate company vehicles while maintaining a professional appearance.

• Consistently provide a 5-star customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong skills in diagnostics and troubleshooting.

• Experience in repairing refrigeration sealed systems.

• Preferred background in appliance repair.

• HVAC, electrical, or mechanical experience will also be considered.

• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities.

• Capability to work independently and efficiently manage daily routes.

• Eagerness to continue learning and advancing within the industry.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.

• Ability to lift and handle items weighing up to 50 lbs.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Bilingual abilities are advantageous.
