AP/AR Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer daily assistance to business unit customers and vendors throughout the complete procure-to-pay cycle.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.

• Gain a thorough understanding of corporate structures, business contacts, and key stakeholders.

• Monitor the receipt of data and source documents.

• Organize and categorize source documents while interpreting data for entry purposes.

• Reach out to document preparers to clarify questions, resolve inconsistencies, or address missing information.

• Ensure client files are maintained accurately and comprehensively.

• Conduct data entry in the Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable system.

• Execute necessary coding, verify data accuracy, and implement corrections as needed.

• Collaborate with the team to achieve desired outcomes.

• Undertake clerical tasks such as typing, scanning, copying, answering phone calls, and filing.

• Engage in special projects as assigned.

• Carry out other designated duties and responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or AP/AR.

• High School diploma or GED required.

• Proficient in the MS Office suite.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Must meet any required pre-employment screening criteria.

• An Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
