Accounts Receivable Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete accounts receivable process, which encompasses billing, receipting, collections, and reconciliations.

• Track outstanding accounts and actively follow up on overdue balances.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of debtor records and relevant notes.

• Address discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries related to invoices and payments.

• Manage customer onboarding processes, including the completion of vendor forms.

• Interact professionally and empathetically with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Assist with broader finance-related tasks during peak times.

• Contribute to ad hoc projects and ongoing process enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a comparable accounts receivable position.

• Background in a fast-paced or tech/start-up environment, preferably in SaaS.

• Proficient in Xero or similar cloud-based accounting software.

• Experience dealing with multiple currencies in an international company.

• Strong Excel and reconciliation abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Clear and confident communicator who collaborates effectively across teams.

• Strong capabilities in collaboration, adaptability, hands-on execution, and a scale-up mindset.
