This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Monitor the receipt of data and source documents

• Organize and categorize source documents while interpreting data for entry

• Reach out to document preparers to clarify questions, discrepancies, or absent data

• Ensure the maintenance of accurate and complete client files and filing systems

• Execute data entry tasks in the Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable system

• Carry out necessary coding, verify data accuracy, and implement corrections

• Participate in team efforts to meet required outcomes

• Undertake clerical tasks such as typing, scanning, copying, answering phones, and filing

• Engage in special projects and fulfill other assigned tasks

• Offer daily support to business unit customers and vendors throughout the procure-to-pay process

• Pursue efficiencies in process improvements and comprehend corporate frameworks, business contacts, and stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or AP/AR

• High School diploma or GED equivalent

• Proficient in the MS Office suite

• Experience with SAP, Agris, Coupa, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities

• Preference for candidates who can work during Pacific Time zone hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST

• Pre-employment screening may be necessary, including drug testing, criminal background checks, motor vehicle checks, physical requirements, and FMCSA Clearinghouse screening
