This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India, +1 more country.
• Oversee the execution of new product launches at the country level throughout the APAC region.
• Manage comprehensive, multi-country product launch initiatives, covering global product readiness, regulatory approval, technical and channel readiness, market activation, and initial customer adoption.
• Create launch strategies, budgets, frameworks, timelines, and resource allocations for each key launch market.
• Facilitate regulatory preparedness in collaboration with local Regulatory Affairs teams and expert registration partners.
• Coordinate essential activities across Global Product Launch, Regulatory Affairs, technical specialists, country commercial teams, and channel partners.
• Assist channel partners with product and application training, competency certification, demo instrument allocation and installation, ordering and inventory management, and target account planning.
• Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage external regulatory and registration partners.
• Monitor program costs and expenses, communicate any discrepancies, and assess launch performance against the business case.
• Take ownership of the costing for country registration and readiness programs, ensuring delivery within the approved budget.
• Cultivate relationships with channel partners, regulatory partners, and country commercial teams.
• Establish a regional launch governance structure that provides a unified readiness view by product and country, with defined ownership and escalation processes.
• Act as the primary liaison between channel partners, specialized regulatory partners, and Agilent project stakeholders.
• Be prepared to travel up to approximately 40% across India and the broader APAC markets.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a life science, engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in product launches, commercial management, or channel partner management within medical diagnostics, in vitro diagnostics, or laboratory instrumentation.
• Comprehensive ownership of product launches from planning to the first sale.
• Strong project management skills, including critical path analysis, gatekeeping, dependency mapping, and risk management.
• Certification in PMP, Lean, or a similar structured methodology.
• Experience in multi-country delivery across India and APAC markets.
• Proven ability to manage external vendors, consultants, or agencies to meet deliverables and service standards.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40% within the region.
• Must agree to and satisfy Agilent-approved customer/vendor credentialing requirements, which may include proof of identification, certification, and adherence to customer health and safety standards.
• Preferred: Experience with cell analysis, genomics, or pathology product lines.
• Preferred: Experience in commercial enablement at scale, involving partner training, competency certification, and demo fleet planning across an indirect channel.
• Preferred: Familiarity with diagnostic instrument regulatory pathways, including CDSCO and ASEAN regulations.
• Preferred: MBA or a comparable postgraduate business qualification.
