This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Accurately and promptly process a significant volume of vendor and supplier invoices.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, resolve payment discrepancies and disputes, and address vendor inquiries.
• Ensure accuracy by reconciling invoices with purchase orders and receipts.
• Initiate and manage vendor payments, including checks, electronic transfers, and ACH payments.
• Generate reports on accounts payable activities, including outstanding balances, cash flow projections, and aging reports.
• Supervise and manage company expenditures by evaluating payment terms and negotiating discounts with suppliers.
• Keep organized and current records of accounts payable transactions.
• Resolve discrepancies, delayed payments, and missing documentation.
• Perform similar and additional duties as assigned.
• Support the accounts payable function for a U.S.-based commercial printing, branded apparel and merchandise, and fulfillment and warehousing company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Financial Management, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable and General Accounting or an equivalent role.
• Excellent verbal, written, and English communication skills.
• Availability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within U.S. operating hours.
• Proficiency in most Microsoft Office applications, databases, and accounting software.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
• Familiarity with accounting software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or other relevant programs.
• Comprehensive understanding of accounts payable principles, accounting standards, and account reconciliation.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to maintain precise and current financial records.
• Previous offshore work experience is highly beneficial.
