AP Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Manage inquiries related to Accounts Payable received via the shared inbox.

• Process vendor invoices, credits, and bills in accordance with associated purchase orders.

• Review vendor statements, address discrepancies, and work with vendors to ensure accurate payments.

• Monitor open purchase orders and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve pending issues.

• Execute additional Accounts Payable and administrative tasks as assigned.

• Oversee the processing of invoices, maintain vendor accounts, reconcile statements, and ensure prompt and accurate payment processing.

• Maintain precise financial records and support efficient daily Accounts Payable operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent business experience).

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable, Billing, Collections, or a comparable accounting position.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Capability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or during US operating hours.

• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

• Proficient computer skills.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel is required.

• Strong mathematical skills, numerical proficiency, and analytical capabilities.

• Experience with large ERP systems.

• Knowledge of NetSuite is required.
