AP Calculus Teacher, AB/BC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Teach AP Calculus (AB and/or BC) remotely to a small group of students.

• Provide 2–3 hours of live instruction each week throughout the academic year.

• Assist students with free-response and multiple-choice problem sets that include limits, derivatives, integrals, and, for BC, series, in accordance with current College Board standards.

• Develop engaging asynchronous learning activities and assignments to ensure students remain on track and cover all necessary AP course content and components.

• Use the Learning Management System (LMS), College Board resources, and Zoom to conduct interactive lessons.

• Deliver instruction utilizing effective methods and materials as outlined in the official AP Calculus Course and Exam Description (CED).

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree.

• Relevant experience teaching AP Calculus AB and/or BC.

• Solid understanding of College Board scoring rubrics and the format of the AP Calculus exam.

• A Master's degree is preferred.

• Experience in teaching AP Calculus in a virtual or online environment is preferred.
