Antitrust & Competition Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance on antitrust and competition law matters across international markets

• Assist in merger control assessments and antitrust evaluations for mergers and acquisitions

• Support government investigations, regulatory inquiries, and associated litigation

• Offer daily advice to business teams regarding competition-related risks

• Contribute to the development of antitrust compliance programs, policies, and internal guidelines

• Collaborate with product, commercial, and regulatory partners to identify and resolve competition concerns

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in advising on antitrust, competition law, or similar regulatory issues

• Experience in assisting with government investigations and regulatory inquiries

• In-depth understanding of merger control and antitrust evaluations in M&A activities

• Demonstrated capability in advising business teams on competition risks and effective compliance strategies

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, technology, and problem-solving abilities

• Juris Doctor degree

• Valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction

• Employment may depend on the successful completion of a background check, verification of identity, and having the required legal authorization to work

• Preferred: Experience advising technology firms or working within the technology sector

• Preferred: Familiarity with cross-border competition issues and global regulatory frameworks

• Preferred: Experience in supporting antitrust litigation or enforcement actions
