This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Design and maintain Android applications utilizing Kotlin.
• Collaborate closely with QA engineers to conduct testing and investigate issues, ensuring the stability and quality of applications.
• Work in partnership with Product and Design teams, offering technical insights and feasibility assessments.
• Guarantee the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Produce clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in Android development.
• Detect and resolve bugs and performance issues.
• Engage in code reviews and offer constructive input.
• Over 3 years of experience in Android development.
• Strong expertise in Kotlin.
• Comprehensive understanding of coroutines and concurrency concepts.
• Familiarity with Room and general database principles.
• Experience with MVVM architecture and knowledge of design patterns.
• Proficient in working with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Solid understanding of Jetpack components.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience utilizing Jetpack Compose.
• Knowledge of writing unit and integration tests for Android applications.
• Experience with iOS development.
