Android Development Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development and enhancement of features for mobile applications on the Android platform while adhering to software engineering best practices.

• Engage in the analysis, implementation, testing, and maintenance of Android applications, contributing to ongoing improvements in product quality.

• Aid in the investigation and resolution of technical issues by applying fixes and adjustments under the supervision of the team.

• Collaborate in analyzing requirements and defining technical solutions for new features.

• Help identify and assess risks, impacts, and dependencies related to features currently in development.

• Take part in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and technical discussions, fostering knowledge sharing and the continuous development of the team.

• Generate and maintain technical documentation associated with the features developed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or a closely related field.

• Fundamental knowledge of software development using Kotlin.

• Understanding of the Android ecosystem, including Android Studio and key mobile development concepts.

• Basic familiarity with Git for version control.

• Comfortable working in Linux environments and using command-line tools.

• Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English, with the ability to participate in meetings and work with technical documentation effectively.
