Ancillary Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and adjudicate claims related to the GAP product.

• Authenticate various documents.

• Ensure the appropriate amount is allocated to the loan or refunded to the customer.

• Manage challenging customer inquiries.

• Adhere to time-sensitive requirements and deadlines.

• Collaborate effectively within a high-performing team environment.

• Maintain a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays and potential overtime as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma is mandatory.

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree is preferred.

• Familiarity with GAP and/or insurance claims is preferred.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

• Ability to meet various time-sensitive requirements and deadlines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Positive emotional resilience when dealing with challenging calls.

• Dependable and secure internet connection.

• A conducive and quiet home-office workspace with minimal distractions.
