Analytics Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Facilitate collaboration among the ERP, data lake, and analytics components of the solution.

• Identify process modifications with various teams and interpret their effects on analytics solutions, including impacted data fields.

• Oversee testing across all phases of the project.

• Manage resources effectively and monitor resource utilization.

• Align solutions across ERPs, the data lake, additional data sources, and the analytics products under development.

• Keep local analytics teams, business stakeholders, and the project team updated.

• Organize and lead knowledge transfer sessions between analytics and IT teams.

• Coordinate the documentation process and ensure knowledge transfer sign-off.

• Evaluate and monitor the impact of each project wave.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing or coordinating data, analytics, or IT projects.

• Background in collaborating with ERP, data platform, and analytics/BI teams.

• Ability to comprehend how changes in business processes influence data models, fields, and reporting.

• Proven experience in leading testing phases and managing sign-offs.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Proficient in business-level English.

• Practical analytics experience (e.g., SQL, Power BI, or Databricks) is a plus.

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations is advantageous.
