This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of comprehensive category insights support for major Strategic Account chains.
• Formulate and implement insight-driven strategies across the portfolio to achieve sales volume and profit targets.
• Spearhead analytical and strategic collaborations with senior sales executives, sales leads, distributor partners, and relevant retail buyers.
• Create and present insights, analyses, and category assessments.
• Evaluate performance, uncover opportunities, and convert findings into actionable recommendations.
• Utilize syndicated, retailer loyalty, and internal data to produce shopper and business insights.
• Design, maintain, and enhance reporting and analytics.
• Assess and measure the impact of key initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to pinpoint and activate growth opportunities in innovation, assortment, shelving, pricing, and promotions.
• Assist with category reviews, new item and program meetings, business planning, and ad hoc analyses.
• Work alongside Sales and the Business Intelligence team, with travel as required.
• Establish consultative relationships with key stakeholders to influence decision-making and execution.
• Partner with Sales, BI, and Marketing to deliver integrated solutions.
• Identify risks and opportunities while communicating implications and suggested actions.
• Act as a thought partner by introducing innovative ideas to foster business growth.
• Streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and improve team effectiveness.
• Develop capabilities and share best practices to elevate team performance.
• Provide adaptable support across additional customers or categories as business requirements change.
• BA/BS degree is mandatory.
• 5–10 years of pertinent business experience in the CPG industry, whether with a supplier, retailer, or distributor.
• Experience in the beverage alcohol sector is preferred.
• Advanced expertise in Retailer POS, syndicated and panel data, Retail Link, Microsoft Excel, Nielsen and/or Circana.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent data visualization and storytelling skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Creative thinking skills with the ability to articulate and present ideas and solutions effectively.
