Analytics Engineering Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Guide, mentor, and enhance a team of analytics engineers focused on developing and sustaining data pipelines and analytical models.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Operations to implement scalable data solutions and reporting.

• Establish and advocate for data best practices, governance, and quality standards.

• Lead the design and enhancement of data analytics infrastructure to ensure reliability and scalability.

• Manage the prioritization of analytics projects, their delivery, and communication with stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or business intelligence.

• A minimum of 2 years in a technical leadership or management position.

• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Databricks, and dbt.

• Experience in architecting and scaling data transformation pipelines within a modern cloud environment.

• Strong grasp of analytics best practices, including data modeling, testing, and documentation.

• Proven success in collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing stakeholders to achieve data-driven business results.

• Experience in leading and nurturing high-performance technical teams.

• Demonstrated drive and proactivity.

• Must currently possess authorization to work legally in the United States.
