This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with Scientists, Product Managers, and Engineers on media planning and campaign management analytics initiatives.

• Spearhead open-ended discovery, identifying risks and opportunities proactively.

• Manage the complete development of analysis, metrics, and tools utilized throughout Ads Demand.

• Transform data into actionable insights and recommendations that influence campaign and planning outcomes.

• Define and refine metrics that illustrate the health of campaigns and planning efforts.

• Work closely with data engineering to ensure analytics data is reliable and accessible.

• Present findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a data analytics or data science role, with a proven history of independent, open-ended analysis, as well as dashboard delivery.

• More than 5 years of experience handling large data sets using complex SQL and Python (or similar languages), big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark), and data visualization tools.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity; capable of taking initiative and succeeding with minimal oversight and established processes.

• Proven ability to transform analysis into perspectives that influence roadmap or product decisions.

• Experience in managing stakeholder requests, expectations, and relationships across diverse groups.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, combined with strong business curiosity and acumen.

• Passionate about and aligned with Netflix culture.

• Preferred: Experience with LLM techniques that enhance data analysis.
