Analytics Coordinator – Revenue

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and consistently enhance monitoring tools and reports for Arco’s essential revenue metrics, producing analytical insights and actionable recommendations for the Operations and Profitability team.

• Create and continually oversee the budget, aligning strategic and financial objectives with operational directives.

• Develop executive materials and presentations for senior leadership, gaining direct exposure to Arco’s top executives and leaders.

• Lead and coordinate the technical team, promoting team growth and the successful delivery of impactful data products.

• Analyze and address intricate business challenges through extensive data analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong data literacy and technical expertise with analytical tools, including SQL and the analytics toolkit.

• Proven ability to structure and resolve complex challenges.

• Demonstrated experience in coordinating and leading a team effectively.

• Exceptional interpersonal communication and executive presentation abilities for engaging with senior management.

• A builder mindset, proactive approach, strong sense of ownership, and enthusiasm for initiating new projects from scratch.

• Preferred: proficiency and hands-on experience with statistical tools and analytical programming languages, such as Python and R.

• Preferred: interest in financial topics and corporate budget management.

• Preferred: interest in data architecture and structuring, including Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering.
