This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Generate reports, insights, and analytics to support the division's objectives.

• Develop report and analysis specifications in alignment with business requirements.

• Offer consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to resolve divisional challenges.

• Create datasets and reports for analysis utilizing system reporting tools.

• Conduct research and assist in analyzing data pertinent to strategic initiatives and broader research needs.

• Serve as a liaison between the business and divisional data teams to produce actionable tools for analysis and reporting.

• Cultivate customer relationships and enhance understanding of divisional data.

• Evaluate complex business issues using both internal and external data sources to provide insights for decision-makers.

• Recognize and interpret trends and patterns within datasets to identify influences.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree with 4 years of analytical experience in relationship management or translating analytics insights into action, or 9 years of analytical experience in the same fields.

• Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements to support information-related strategies.

• Ability to tackle complex problems and adopt a fresh perspective using existing solutions.

• Familiarity with software development processes, including SDLC, Agile methodologies, tools, and technologies.

• Proficiency in creating and delivering presentations to educate and influence stakeholders.

• Experience in leading functional teams and managing projects.

• Proficiency with SAS, SPSS, R, MATLAB, SQL, Python, or comparable tools.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills that are clear and concise.

• Proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Sponsorship is not available.

• Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of drug screening in accordance with applicable law.
