
Analyst, Third-Party Risk Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assist in managing the comprehensive lifecycle of third-party vendors, including onboarding, regular evaluations, and offboarding.
β’ Collaborate with procurement, legal, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance with third-party governance standards.
β’ Keep the vendor inventory updated in the risk management system.
β’ Guarantee that vendor data is complete, precise, and consistent with organizational policies.
β’ Conduct data quality assessments and address any discrepancies.
β’ Classify vendors according to their inherent risk and significance to the business.
β’ Carry out standardized third-party risk assessments under the guidance of senior team members.
β’ Gather and verify risk information from vendors and internal stakeholders.
β’ Record risk findings, establish basic risk ratings, and provide justification.
β’ Monitor assessment progress and ensure timely submissions through follow-ups.
β’ Observe and document third-party risk incidents and issues.
β’ Track remediation efforts and liaise with accountable parties.
β’ Assist in risk reporting and the creation of dashboards.
β’ Compile data for Key Risk Indicators and additional risk metrics.
β’ Verify data and prepare summaries for regular reporting.
β’ Contribute to the enhancement of third-party risk processes and tools.
β’ Engage in testing of ERM/TPRM systems and updates to workflows.
β’ Maintain documentation for procedures, templates, and guidelines.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in business, finance, risk management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
β’ Over 2 years of experience in risk management, vendor management, compliance, or a related field.
β’ Fundamental understanding of third-party risk concepts and vendor governance practices.
β’ Keen attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
β’ Capability to organize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data reporting tools.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Capacity to work collaboratively within a team and follow instructions.
β’ Willingness to learn about risk frameworks, assessment methodologies, and vendor management procedures.
β’ Ability to sit for extended durations, typically 7β8 hours a day.
β’ Competence in operating a computer, utilizing phone systems, typing, and using various software programs concurrently.
β’ Must be available five days a week during designated work hours.
