• Direct market research and data analysis by evaluating market structures and assessing technology vendors.

• Gather essential insights for publications related to Market Share and Forecast Analysis.

• Act as a liaison for client engagements regarding market share, segmentation, and sizing methodologies.

• Clearly communicate competitive dynamics and leverage insights for annual and strategic planning efforts.

• Collect, record, and manage vendor and market information.

• Guarantee data precision and consistency between vendors and their respective products or services.

• Collaborate with global teams and provide guidance to Gartner clients and technology leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• BE/B.Tech + MBA, or a postgraduate degree with a focus in IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or Economics.

• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.

• Basic experience in research and data analysis.

• Strong enthusiasm for global IT markets and economic trends.

• Excellent numerical and critical-thinking abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI.

• Familiarity with business databases such as Factiva, Capital IQ, and Crunchbase.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to convert complex data into clear, fact-based narratives.

• Strong sense of ownership and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse global team.

• Intellectual curiosity and a proactive attitude.

• Proficient in articulating market context and complex quantitative insights to senior executive audiences in both written and verbal formats.
