📋 Description

• We are seeking an analyst relations manager for ElevenAgents in North America.

• The ideal candidate will have experience in establishing an analyst relations function from scratch and understands the characteristics of a successful program.

• You will collaborate closely with our Growth, Research, and Field Deployment Engineering teams to gain insights into our developments and craft a narrative that analysts can leverage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in operating or developing an analyst relations function, preferably in enterprise software, AI, or CX/contact center technology.

• Hands-on experience guiding a company through a Gartner Magic Quadrant or Forrester Wave evaluation.

• Ability to shape the narrative for a company that encompasses multiple product lines.

• Skilled in preparing executives and technical leaders for analyst inquiries and briefings, as well as establishing a regular communication cadence.

• Bonus: Experience in the fields of agentic AI, voice AI, or conversational AI categories specifically.
