This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +33 more states.
• Comprehend plan formulary design and rebate opportunities tailored for client-specific configurations.
• Evaluate claims data to ensure the accuracy of GPO rebate processing and direct contracts with pharmaceutical manufacturers.
• Provide clients with recommendations aimed at optimizing rebates.
• Offer sales and RFP assistance for potential clients, client renewals, and market assessments.
• Collaborate with Finance and Underwriting teams to assess rebates and manage pricing risks.
• Assist in contract reviews, data entry, evaluations, and the reconciliation of client rebate financial guarantees.
• Enable the delivery of information essential for decision-making.
• Act as the primary contact for Client Services regarding client-specific rebate reporting, guarantee inquiries, and data analysis.
• Work alongside Analytics to maintain the Navitus 3D Rebate reporting environments.
• Support new rebate program initiatives and enhance rebate forecasting capabilities.
• Function as a subject matter expert during internal, external, manufacturer, client, and regulatory audits.
• Lead and coordinate government-related or regulated reporting tasks.
• Collaborate with IRC Contractors and members of the Rebate Operations team.
• Retain knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturer rebate contracts, submissions, and deliverables.
• Assess GPO strategies and manufacturer contracts to set up rebate processing parameters and allocate rebate payments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is necessary.
• A pharmacy technician license is preferred.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managed care/pharmacy benefits management or within the pharmaceutical industry is required.
• Experience as a pharmacy technician, in trade, Industry Relations, and/or analytics is preferred.
• Actively participate in, adhere to, and promote compliance program objectives.
• The ability to consistently engage cooperatively and respectfully with fellow employees.
• Residents must be based in one of the eligible US jurisdictions specified by Navitus for remote work.
• Work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
